ARTIST STATEMENT
In my art, I explore the spiritual potential and impact of the landscape on a society increasingly shaped by the digital realm. Specializing in intimate explorations through manipulated digital photo montages and video media, I investigate how our sense of self and community are influenced by our digital environment. I question how we define ourselves in relation to nature and the landscape in the context of the ‘4th Industrial Revolution’, especially with the advent of AI. Using a mix of gradual and aggressive imagery interventions/movements, I leave traces of the creative process, inviting viewers to contemplate their own navigation through both physical and digital landscapes. This approach reveals hidden possibilities, making the landscape come alive and highlighting forgotten potentials.
